Advantage Behavioral Health Systems (Jackson Creative & Quality Community Services—Elbert) is a publicly-funded provider of behavioral health, developmental disability and addictive disease services for Barrow, Clarke, Elbert, Greene, Jackson, Madison, Morgan, Oconee, Oglethorpe, and Walton counties.

Athens Resource Center for the Homeless (ARCH) was created for the purpose of identifying gaps in the current array of homeless services for Athens-Clarke County and developing and implementing programming to fill these gaps through opportunities afforded by the Navy Supply Corps School Base Reuse Plan.

environment by preserving land, creating energy-efficient and affordable housing, and revitalizing neighborhoods.

Total Community Outreach provides assistance with the basics needed by individuals and families in Greene County by providing food boxes, short-term housing, and furniture/appliances, along with providing support in finding help for whatever their "next step" might be.

Winder-Barrow Coalition for Adult and Continuing Education secure and promote adult and continuing education opportunities for the residents of Barrow County in order to increase literacy levels, job advancement opportunities and quality of life for Barrow County citizens.
